Jagdish Ambre is a seasoned professional who joined the TruMinds team in 2019, bringing with him a wealth of experience in HR, Accounts, and Finance that spans over a remarkable 25 years. As the HR and Operations Manager, Jagdish plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the organization’s human resources and operational aspects.

Jagdish’s journey in the world of commerce and management began when he completed his bachelor’s degree in commerce from the prestigious Mumbai University in 1993. Eager to further his knowledge and skills, he wasted no time in pursuing a diploma in Business Management from the Indians Merchants Chamber in 1994. This educational foundation laid the groundwork for his future success in the corporate world.

Driven by a passion for understanding the intricacies of labor laws and welfare, Jagdish embarked on a journey of specialization. In May of 1997, he proudly earned his diploma in Labor Laws & Labor Welfare from Mumbai University. This accomplishment not only expanded his knowledge but also positioned him as an expert in the field of HR and employment regulations.

Before becoming an integral part of the TruMinds team, Jagdish gathered invaluable experience by working in companies in both India and the United States. Beyond his impressive professional accomplishments, Jagdish finds joy in his personal life. He is happily married and shares his life with his loving wife and three beautiful daughters. In his spare time, he cultivates his love for exploration and adventure, often embarking on travel adventures to new destinations. Hiking through breathtaking landscapes and embarking on spontaneous road trips with his family are some of his favorite ways to create lasting memories.
